Friday: No heating will be provided.  Swimmers will be expected to report directly to their assigned heat and lane for their events without staging after heated.

Saturday & Sunday:

Heating will be provided. Swimmers will be expected to report to the heating area shortly after the First Call for their event.

Coaches: Please provide constructive assistance with your swimmer’s in heating, especially the younger age group relays.

Absolutely No parents allowed in heating!

It is the responsibility of the coaches and swimmers to report on time to the heating area. 

If a swimmer is not in the heating area and misses their event, he/she will not be re-heated.
