All Entry fees are due PRIOR to the initial session that a team competes in. Failure to pay fees results in no swims.  Check remission is due upon check-in for the team’s first session, check-in materials are held until payment of meet entry fees, including any late fees, and CSSCSA dues received.

Entry Deadlines:   
   
 Due on Monday, July 26, 2010 at noon
1.  Submit all entries as Short Course Meters.  Any teams who fail to submit entries by due date will be charged an additional $150.00 per team plus triple entry fees for each late individual and relay entry.

2.  Late entries will only be allowed at the discretion of the Meet Director/Entry Chair until noon on Tuesday, July 27 and are subject to rates triple the entry fees, e..g. each late individual entry requires a $9.00 fee and each relay late entry requires a $15.00 fee.

3. No entries will be accepted after noon on Tuesday, July 27.

Entry Procedure:   

All entries are to be submitted via Hy-Tek.  A Team Manager Events file with Qualifying Times has been created and will electronically mailed to teams, as well as made available on the website:  www.statemeet.com  Team Manager Lite with instructions is available on the site. Email is the preferred method for receiving entries.  Failure to submit entries using the Hy-Tek format will yield an additional fee of $100.00.  E-mail entries to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Upon submission of entries all teams will receive a summary of their entries, as well as an exception report.  All exceptions MUST be addressed immediately and no later than 8:00 p.m. on June 26.  It is the responsibility of each team to ensure their entries are accurate.
