2013 Qualification Times Have Been Set
Happy (almost) spring, swimmers! The 2013 State Meet qual times have been posted online. Take a look. Set some goals. We’ll see you this summer!
2013 State Meet Opening Ceremonies Performers Selected
Opening ceremonies will be held at the start of each session during the 2013 State Meet. This will include a live performance of our National Anthem. Auditions were held this fall to select three performers and one alternate performer. We’d like to congratulate those selected and thank all of the participants who auditioned. Signing the Star-Spangled Banner at the 2013 State Meet:
Friday afternoon session: Flynn Hannaway
Saturday morning session: Morgan Lee
Sunday morning session: Analese and Sophie Biesterfeld
Andrea LaBaron was selected as the alternate.

CSSCSA Fall Board Meeting
The CSSCSA Board will meet on Thursday, November 1st at 6pm at D’Evelyn HS. The agenda will include bylaws and rules for the upcoming 2013 summer swim season. Here’s a map of D’Evelyn.
2013 State Meet Logo and Slogan
We’ve received a number of great designs for the 2013 State Meet logo. We’ll be announcing the winning logo and slogan soon so watch this space!
New State Meet Website
You may have noticed that things have changed around here. We’ve recently updated the look of the State Meet website. This was a “soft” launch and we’ll be adding more information about the 2013 State Meet as well as filling in any gaps in Colorado Summer Club Swimming Championship history for years past. For now, you can peruse the meet results and state records that we already have online but check back in the new few months to see even more!
2013 State Meet Announced
The 2013 State Meet will be hosted by Applewood Knolls Swim and Tennis Club. The meet will be held Friday, July 26th through Sunday, July 28th, 2013. The venue selected, Anderson Outdoor Pool in Wheat Ridge Colorado, is an eight lane, 25 meter outdoor pool with ample deck space, restroom facilities, on-site parking and adjoining outdoor picnic area and park.
The meet format is as follows:
- Friday, July 26th – 400 Freestyle, 13&14, 15&16, 17&18, Event #1-6
- Saturday, July 27th – Lower Division, 12&under, Event #7-60
- Sunday, July 28th – Upper Division, 13&older, Event #61-110
More information will be made available in the coming months.
2012 State Meet Results
The 2012 Colorado State Summer Club Swimming Championship Meet was held over the weekend of July 27th-29th at the Golden Splash Pool and was hosted by the Monaco Marlins, Virginia Vale, Eastmoor and Crestmoor of the Metro League. It was another successful event. We’d like to congratulate all of our participants and give special recognition to our Division champions!
